WOWBOX is available to individuals of all ages, genders, nationalities, and backgrounds. However:
• Users under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to create an account and use the Platform.
• By creating an account, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements or have obtained proper parental/guardian consent.
3.2 Geographic Availability
The Platform is available globally. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4.1 Account Creation
• Accounts are created through Google OAuth 2.0 authentication.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during the authentication process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibilities
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@wowbox.life if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4.3 Account Deletion
• You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@wowbox.life.
• Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Certain data may be retained as required by applicable law.
5.1 Platform Description
WOWBOX is a digital tools portal ecosystem that hosts various sub-projects and tools designed for content creators and digital professionals. The Platform serves as a hub providing user access management, centralized payment infrastructure, and tool discovery.
5.2 Sub-Project Types
The Platform may host:
• Portal-integrated SaaS applications (running under wowbox.life)
• External linked projects (running on independent domains)
• Hybrid projects (independent domain with portal payment integration)
5.3 Service Availability
• We strive to maintain Platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or sub-project at any time with reasonable notice.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
6.1 Payment Processing
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service (https://stripe.com/legal).
• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Stripe handles automatic currency conversion where applicable.
6.2 Credit System
• Certain services may require credits (virtual balance units).
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Unused credits do not expire unless the associated account is deleted.
6.3 Refund Policy
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, contact us at info@wowbox.life within 14 days of purchase.
• Digital services that have been fully consumed or used are generally not eligible for refund.
• Statutory consumer rights under your local law are not affected.
7.1 User Content Ownership
• You retain all rights to the content you submit, upload, or share through the Platform ("User Content").
• Personal data you share will not be stored, used, or distributed for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.
• The rights and responsibilities for public content shared by users remain with the user.
7.2 License to User Content
By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant WOWBOX a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services you use. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account.
7.3 Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to submit, upload, or share content that:
a) Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
b) Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
c) Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group
d) Infringes upon intellectual property rights of third parties
e) Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
f) Is designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead other users
g) Violates the privacy or personal rights of third parties
h) Is harmful or inappropriate for minors
i) Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
7.4 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
• Review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content policies
• Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities
7.5 No Liability for User Content
We are not responsible for User Content submitted by third parties. Users are solely responsible for the content they share and its compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8.1 WOWBOX Intellectual Property
The Platform, including but not limited to its design, source code, algorithms, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and all original sub-projects developed by WOWBOX, are the exclusive intellectual property of WOWBOX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
a) Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of WOWBOX's proprietary content without prior written consent
b) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
c) Use WOWBOX's trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
d) Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract Platform content for commercial purposes
8.2 Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services and content. Such third-party content is subject to its own terms and intellectual property protections. WOWBOX does not claim ownership of third-party content.
8.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by WOWBOX without obligation or compensation to you.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
We do not warrant that:
a) The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
b) The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
c) Any errors in the Platform will be corrected
d) The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
• WOWBOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to WOWBOX in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WOWBOX, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
a) Your use of the Platform
b) Your violation of these Terms
c) Your violation of any third-party rights
d) Your User Content
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
• For EU consumers: You may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
• The "Last Updated" date will be revised
• We will notify registered users via email or platform notification
• Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WOWBOX regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
The failure of WOWBOX to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
